Services WKW Precision Engineering Provide
What We Do
Electrical Discharge Machining (E.D.M.), sometimes also referred to as spark machining, spark eroding, burning, die sinking, wire burning or wire erosion, is a manufacturing process where a desired shape is obtained by using electrical discharges.
C.N.C. Machining & Turning
Milling is the term used for a machining process using rotary cutters to remove a material from a work piece by moving in a direction at an angle with the axis of the tool. It covers a wide variety of different operations and machines.
Gear cutting is any machining process that can manufacture a gear. Common processes include broaching, milling and grinding where we can provide straight and helical gears.
We can provide customers with straight and helical gears, bevels, worm/worm-wheels, racks, splines, serrations, keyways and broaching (splines, serrations, squares, rectangles and hexagons). Screws and thread forms is also available.
