EDM Machining
To complement our machining capabilities, we offer Electro Discharge Machining (EDM), including both wire and spark erosion services.
Precision Gears, Sprockets and Screws
With over 40 years of experience, WKW specialises in manufacturing high-quality precision gears and sprockets for a variety of industries. We produce a wide range of gear types, including straight, helical, bevel, worm wheels, and racks.
Reverse Engineering
At WKW, we understand that not every project comes with detailed drawings or specifications. If you have a part that’s broken, missing, or unrecognisable, don’t worry, our Reverse Engineering services are here to help.
Quality Control
We take quality seriously at WKW. Our climate-controlled inspection department is equipped with four CNC Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and the latest testing technologies, including surface finish, profile, and hardness testing, and NDE.
